In the fall we hosted a Directed Individual Study workshop here in our Asheville Studio.
Attending were six very experienced artist-participants, each of whom have taken numerous previous workshops with us. The group was intensely focused and passionately committed to the small group process--terrific!

CHECK OUT THIS WONDERFUL MINI-DOCUMENTARY
about Steve Aimone's teaching and his Expressive Drawing book. Made by Emmy Award winning film-maker Stephen Menick, it'll be on PBS in the fall and is currently featured on the AARP website. It's exciting to watch.
