We
recently traveled to Chicago and the
SOCIETY
OF AMERICAN MOSAIC ARTISTS convention...
where Steve Aimone conducted
two workshops in design to a total of 40 artist-participants. The
group was passionate, accomplished and energetic, and the sessions
were enormously satisfying. Wonderful mosaic works on exhibition
as well... |

Steve Aimone
recently presented a lecture discussion entitled
How
to Structure and Organize a Group Critique
to the annual conference/retreat
of Tapestry Weavers South, held at Bend of Ivy
Lodge near Marshall, North Carolina.

Steven
Aimone was featured in the April-May, 2005 issue of FIBERARTS MAGAZINE!
In an eight page feature article entitled THE CREATIVE CRITIQUE
by Sunita Patterson, Steve is one of four experts interviewed at
length about the critique process (the other participants are Susan
Brandeis, Professor of Art and Design, North Carolina State University;
Dr. Helen B. Davis, retired Chair and Professor of Art at Colorado
Women's College; and Tom Lundberg, Professor of Art at Colorado
State University). A most insightful article!
